Not every aspect of fires safety requires a regulated qualification. In many cases, targeted training is the most effective way to develop the knowledge and skills needed to perform a role safely and effectively. That’s where FireQual Recognised Training Programmes come in.
RTPs provide a trusted pathway for continued professional development, promote best practice and help individuals and employers identify training they can trust. While RTPs are not regulated qualifications, they provide a credible route to developing competence where a formal qualification may not exist or be necessary. RTPs can help individuals and employers:
- Meet fire safety industry best practice standards for specific roles.
- Demonstrate competence and commitment to CPD where no regulated qualification yet exists.
