Once we have received notification from a FireQual Approved Training Centre that a learner has successfully passed a course, they shall be eligible to receive a FireQual certificate. FireQual certificates are produced following this notification.

The certificates produced are usually sent out to the relevant FireQual Approved Training Centre where the course ran for distribution (this is usually done within two weeks under normal circumstances).
